Crunch
What a wonderful sound
Many things can crunch
Autumn leaves as you walk among the piles
Bugs as you step on them
As they scurry on their way
And the best thing of all
Bones
Bones make a wonderful
Crunching sound
When they give under pressure
But they only make the best crunch
On All Hallows Eve
That is why I only appear
On Samhain night
When people are playing around
Not remembering the
True reason for the holiday
It's a night for true terror
Not harmless frights
That is why every Hollantide
I go out truly terrifying
The living souls
Mocking this eternal night
Whenever I feel
Their lives fleeing
It gives me satisfaction
I only come out
This one night in the year
So the officials don't know
What to do about me
For they can't figure out
Who I am
Or what I am for that matter
For I am alive only this one day
For I am All Hallows Eve night itself
